Dentsu said that Japanese clients are increasingly investing in China and other Asian countries. The agency sees an opportunity to provide consultations beyond just providing advertising communications for clients.
Dentsu Marketing East Asia will provide direct marketing platforms such as conducting surveys, analysis, business plans, procurement and other strategic channel distribution and sales support for its clients.
“The company’s first priority is the Chinese market, but it plans to expand its field of operations to other countries in Asia in due course,” president and CEO of Dentsu Tokyo Tatsuyoshi Takashima added.
