SHANGHAI - Ciacia Hu (胡惠华) has officially joined Cheil OpenTide (杰爾鵬泰) as creative partner after more than eight years at Isobar China as creative director.

Ciacia Hu leaves Isobar for Cheil OpenTide as creative partner

She reports to Dandy Koo (具滋卿), general manager of Cheil OpenTide Shanghai and Peter Shen (沈翔), CCO of OpenTide Greater China to service clients including Samsung, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, ICBC, ABC, Changcheng, Yili, Yanjing, Taikang and Lotte Duty Free Shop.

With a total of 14 years of experience in digital creativity, Hu left Ogilvy & Mather Taipei in 2006 to join Isobar China and assisted in setting up the agency's Beijing creative team during her tenure.

Shen, also recently appointed, wants 2014 to be the turning point of Cheil OpenTide’s development in the Greater China market. "Whether or not the group is able to outshine others hinges on its capability to expand its pool of creative talents," he said.
