Cheil wins creative mandate for CITIC Capital's Hefei retail property

The scope of work is both B2B and B2C integrated communication, creative and planning services for Hefei ID Mall, a 140,000 square-metre shopping mall and office building in the Binhu New District of Hefei.

The account was won last week and the contract will last for two years.

Responsible for winning the pitch from a local agency was Cheil business director Vanessa Ding, who said CITIC Capital accommodates fresh ideas in real estate advertising, which will allow her team a chance to be creative and flexible.

Another recent business win by Cheil's other office in Shanghai was Rio Tinto Diamonds, a brand strategy project won in mid-September.

In addition, Cheil OpenTide won a one-year social media contract with California Almonds at the end of August.
