Cannes Lions wants your input on talent challenges

Ahead of Cannes Lions 2016 and the launch of The Cannes Lions School, the organisers of the festival are conducting a survey to understand the recruitment and retention challenges facing the industry.

Cannes Lions wants your input on talent challenges

Cannes Lions is conducting a global talent survey in partnership with Contexxt by TFQ, in an effort to explore the talent issues facing the industry and uncover the secrets of success.

"We want to understand more about the motivations, desires and needs within the creative ecosystem," an announcement about the survey reads. "We’ll be surveying all levels, including students preparing to enter the industry, rising stars and those responsible for talent development."

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete. Answers are confidential and will be used for analysis only.
