Bayer Healthcare appoints JWT for Thai product launch
JWT won the business following a final round of pitching that is believed to have involved Ogilvy and McCann and will be launching communications to promote the health product in 2009.

In July, the German firm collaborated with Thailand’s Asia-Pacific Council on Contraception, the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health, College of Public Health Science, and Chulalongkorn University to launch a ‘My love… my control’ campaign.

The campaign aimed to improve awareness and understanding among teenagers about contraception and the consequences of irresponsible sexual behaviour in the hope of stopping unwanted pregnancies.
