Thomas Dux, which is backed by Woolworths, has 11 stores across Sydney and Melbourne, offering specialty goods and ingredients from local and global sources.
The win follows Woolworths’ decision to hand its 'Everyday Rewards' loyalty business to The Works following a pitch earlier this year.
The Works, based in Sydney, will start work on the account immediately, including a Christmas campaign across online and social media.
