Campaign Asia-Pacific is pleased to present the YouTube APAC Ads Leaderboard, a monthly list curated by Google.

Introductory comments from Google:

In Asia-Pacific, well over half (60 percent) of YouTube watch time happens on mobile, but this month’s list shows brands are thinking big on the smallest of screens. There’s a certain cinematic flair on display here: from Ching’s Secret’s list-topping ad, mixing post-apocalyptic visuals with a Bollywood twist, to Suntory’s ad in the No. 2 spot with its swashbuckling fantasy theme. But this month’s list also shows that it’s not just about movie-trailer style videos—and that’s the beauty of the platform: On YouTube, there’s always something for everyone.

1. Ching’s Secret, “Ranveer Ching Returns”:

2. Suntory, “ペプシストロング5.0GV『桃太郎「Episode.4」』篇 120秒 小栗旬 ジュード・ロウ サントリ”:

3. Bajaj V, “The National Anthem - A tribute to INS Vikrant by Bajaj V”:

4. Head & Shoulders, “這群人x海倫仙度絲!全新單曲《再會油頭路》全台首播”:

5. Toyota JP, “[WOW] イチローが嫌いだ篇”:

6. FirstChoice, “ผม...ก็อยากมีวันแม่ : กรุงศรีเฟิร์สช้อยส์”:

7. SuperCell, “아레나 잔디의 룰”:

8. Samsung Mobile, “Samsung Galaxy Note7: Official Hands-on - Unboxing & Design”:

9. Amazing Thailand, “กาลครั้งหนึ่ง เมื่ออารมณ์พาไป”:

10. Amazon India, “On 8th - 10th of August, Maaro #ChancePeDance on the Amazon Great Indian Sale”:
