Agnes Lee joins OgilvyHealth as GM

HONG KONG - Agnes Lee (pictured) has been named general manager of OgilvyHealth in Hong Kong.

Agnes Lee joins OgilvyHealth as GM
Prior to joining OgilvyHealth, Lee was the managing partner of a healthcare communication specialist company TT Health. With more than ten years in the healthcare and pharmaceutical side of several agencies, Lee has worked for JWT, Grey and Dentsu Y&R. Global clients included P&G, Danone, GSK, Wyeth and Colgate.

With Ogilvy Hong Kong launching its healthcare arm OgilvyHealth recently, Royce Yuen, chairman of Ogilvy Hong Kong, denied that they were entering the sector late in the game. “This is a natural development in business as the health sector is growing increasingly and the Hong Kong market is finally ready for specialised services.”

“The healthcare industry is largely untapped. Clients in this sector have yet to see the value of a 360 degree approach in communications to raise their brands,” added Yuen.

Lee will report directly to Yuen, and will work closely with OgilvyHealth Asia Pacific’s regional director Stephanie Stamatakou, who came on board in February.

Ogilvy & Mather has recently acquired two healthcare specialist companies to expand Pharmax Ogilvy Healthworld in Seoul, and Ogilvy PR Healthcare in Australia.
