Programme announces award ceremonies in Tokyo, Shanghai, Mumbai and Singapore.

Agency of the Year 2016: Record entries, four award events

Campaign Asia-Pacific's Agency of the Year Awards has received 955 entries for 2016, a record number and an increase of 18.6 percent over last year's total of 805. Judging has already taken place, and the shortlist announcements are imminent. In addition, table sales have opened for four gala awards events. Please see details below.

Shortlist announcements:

  • 14 November: Region Awards (Australia/New Zealand, Japan/Korea, Greater China, Southeast Asia, South Asia)
  • 21 November: Agency Network Awards

Shortlists will be announced here, and shortlisted entrants will be notified by email.

While the Mumbai, Shanghai and Singapore events are gala dinners, the Japan event will provide cocktails and networking, followed by the awards presentation.

Also, this year will see changes to the awards presentation format at the ceremony in Singapore due to time constraints. Only Gold winners will receive their awards on stage; Silver and Bronze winners will receive their awards and have photo opportunities at a secondary stage outside the ballroom.
