Adfest unveils new theme for 2009

BANGKOK - Adfest has unveiled a new theme for its 2009 event, 'Made in Asia', which will also now double as the festival's permanent tagline.

Developed by M&C Saatchi Sydney ECD Ben Welsh, the new tagline attempts to reflect the festival’s Asian heritage. Adfest will take place from 19 to 21 March 2009 in Pattaya, Thailand, and will include 13 award categories. “With booming economies across the region, ‘Made in Asia’ is a proud and increasingly relevant claim,” said Adfest president Jimmy Lam in a statement.
