Planning & Execution
Conducted research to identify the most salient strengths of the Joma experience,
defined the brand positioning, brand essence, and brand values, and developed a creative approach that brought to life the promise of fresh, hand-made food and beverages. A set of brand assets were developed to be used in store, for promotions, and for social media.
Effectiveness / Results
Reenergized the brand, increased frequency of visits of current customers, and increased trial and repeat visits from new customers, while increasing the number of food purchases per customer visit.
