Planning & Execution

Conducted research to identify the drivers of insurance purchasing in Cambodia, a market where the insurance category is not well established. Defined the brand positioning, brand essence, and brand values, and developed a concept for a television commercial that addressed the emotional drivers of insurance purchasing. Creative development and media placement included a TVC, radio spots, outdoor campaign, digital marketing, and social media.

Effectiveness / Results

Exceeded goals for growing brand awareness as well as development of a strong following on Facebook. Sovannaphum became a top insurance company in a crowded market.
