SMS Annual Staff Party is the time to gather all SMS staffs with different personalities and character together, build a company with strong connection, the time to honor long service and outstanding employees of the year 2018, celebrate all achievements in 2018 and motivate team for fast-growing in 2019.
Planning & Execution
Throughout many years, the Western themes are always chosen to develop SMS annual staff party. Those themes are so interesting, but sometimes, event content is conflicted, that is why for 2019, we have chosen the theme “Swordsmen’s Gathering” inspired from Asian culture but also popular to Western people, a chance for all staffs to back to ancient mood & tone which remind us a lot of great memories.
The overall event space was built as a sword world in ancient time, in which each SMS employee played a role of a swordsman from various different sects. They reunited in the party to honor the masters of swordmen, who reached the highest achievements in the past year. Following the theme “Swordsmen’s Gathering”, all internal performances gathered artists in sect-themed costumes.
Effectiveness / Results
SMS Annual Staff Party 2019 actually brought the new, impressive colors, and distinctive feelings to almost 1,000 SMS staffs and BOD.
