Lincoln wanted to give every potential customer the opportunity to create their personal dream car in a digital platform inside all of their China Dealerships.

As the Luxury brand of Ford Motor company Lincoln pride themselves on giving customers a second to none luxury experience, part of the Lincoln Way brand proposition: personally crafted experience “one-size-fits-one”.

Planning & Execution

Imagination created the Personalization Studio (PS). The PS journey is designed to educate, entertain, excite, engage and allow users to take away their experience. Empowering the user to make their own selection deepens their connection to their purchase, potentially amplifying WOM for Lincoln.

Using a 42” touch screen and a Visualization wall of 3x3 60” screens, consumers can configure their ideal Lincoln vehicle and visualize it in “true-to-scale” at 4K resolution.

A user’s build can be shared via multiple Chinese social media platforms extending and amplifying the brand reach. Resultant data on user profile, related build and share is compiled as a broader CRM and analytics offering.
