Boy ain't afraid of no ghost, thanks to an awesome customer-service rep

From the US: Home-security company ADT animated an adorable customer-service call.

Desperate mom calls ADT, her home-security company. Asks a customer-service rep to tell her frightened 9-year-old that the house has ghost-detection technology and is free of ghosts. Rep plays along. Mom and child get some sleep (presumably). ADT and SapientNitro turn the call into a cute, humanising ad for the brand.

Ad Nut has always preferred to tell kids the truth about ghosts (that they absolutely do not exist), but also understands how a fairly innocent lie can sometimes be a smart parenting strategy.

Thanks to the ad nuts at Campaign US, who covered this work first and have some more details.
