MediaCom appointed Regan Baillie as chief business development and marketing officer APAC, reporting to Mark Heap, CEO of MediaCom APAC.

Baillie’s focus will be to "develop a stronger culture of prospecting, lead major pitches and support market growth opportunities", according to a media release.

She was formerly the chief digital officer at GroupM Singapore for slightly more than one year. A familiar figure to many within MediaCom, Baillie began her journey with GroupM in 2015 as managing director of Xaxis and [m]Platform, part of her 20-year career in roles throughout Singapore and London.

Baillie will also partner with Bebhinn Carey, recently promoted to communications director for APAC, to elevate MediaCom’s profile and positioning internally and externally.

Also, Baillie will join the MediaCom APAC ExCo. She is the latest hire in a series of C-level appointments for the agency in the last three months, including those of Paul Waller, chief investment officer and Josh Gallagher, chief product officer.
