Topshop wanted a ‘best in class’ mobile app which was feature-rich, fully-shoppable and customer-focused.
Planning & Execution
With a customer base which is incredibly diverse, engaged and tuned in at its heart, Red Ant worked closely with Topshop to design an app which was a tool which would give ready access to specific content which would enrich and add value to the user’s experience in a way which would bring together Topshop’s instore, online and mobile channels:
- Fully transactional, based on Red Ant’s Colony Mobile platform
- Allows users to save favourite items within their wish list and check stock of their local store on the move
- Full offline product catalogue and daily product updates
- Barcode and QR scanning, location awareness and optional content areas to bridge digital and offline marketing activities
- Enhanced in-store, exclusive content and social engagement features
