DW with DHL

DHL is a leading logistic provider and wanted to increase the usage for new corporate sales. They needed an initiative to encourage new potential customers to start using DHL services.

Planning & Execution

DW suggested creating a Starter Kit pack that will indicate step-by-step solutions on the processes and introduced goodies that will further encourage first time usage.

A starter pack was created that host a welcome letter that introduces the customer’s dedicated Sales Representatives and encourages corporate customers’ maiden usage by providing a promotion reward offer. There is also a booklet that dictates Step-by-Step instructions from its delivery to its billing procedures and collateral delivery bags and stickers that ease the convenience of a first time usage.

To add in the fun element with a purpose, we threw in existing DHL metal weighing devices and created DHL measuring tapes that could aid users in determining the weight and dimensions of the packages that there are sending.

Effectiveness / Results

Users have feedback that the starter kit eliminates their obstacle of not knowing what to do. On top of that, they love the metal weighing and measuring devices that gives them the convenience when sending a package out.
