DW with Marina Bay Sands

Marina Bay Sands (MBS) first won the bid to build a business-oriented resort in the heart of Singapore’s prime new business district in Marina South.

With the architectural design of the resort finalised, they required MBS brand identity to be created for marketing collaterals such as the sales kit and folders to woo luxury retailers, dinning outlets, exhibitors, etc. to attract, invest and open their brand and stores in the resort.

Planning & Execution

DW proposed out of the box creative solutions to enhance the emotive senses of the receiver and also provide them with a better perspective of how the resort structure will look and while indicating its potential in attracting international customers to MBS.

We designed and produced a revolutionary sales kit that not only served the purpose of promoting the retail space in the resort presented in the Sales CD, we integrated the kit to become a 3-D pop up that showcases the famous 3 tower architectural design of the resort.

Effectiveness / Results

Receivers were thrilled by the fact that they could visually see the construction of the iconic 3 towers before it was even constructed and that made them understand how magnificent the infrastructure will be and is convinced that MBS will attract a huge number of human traffic on a daily basis.
