Integrated Marketing for an International Real Estate Company
Custom Media began working with Pembroke Real Estate and its luxury Azabu Gardens property in 2015. Azabu Gardens sets a new standard for exclusive family living, and an extension of the property was launched in Spring 2015, increasing the number of apartment units from 17 to 58. Custom Media set out to increase visibility of the 41 brand-new luxury apartment units to both expats and long-term foreign residents in Japan.
Planning & Execution
Custom Media launched an integrated marketing campaign consisting of direct invitations, website creation, SEO optimization, and video content.
To capture potential customers in foreign markets, Custom Media designed a website that would appear first in searches and populated it with informative and enticing high-quality content. Custom Media also conducted a thorough advertising and content marketing campaign in leading business magazines in Japan.
To reach potential local customers, we pursued a more personal strategy by sending out direct invitations to more than 5000 people and gave out open-house invitations at local events. These invitations worked their magic, and we vastly increased awareness of Azabu Gardens in the local international community.
Effectiveness / Results
The unit leasing target was achieved months ahead of schedule.
