With an estimated 30-60,000 daily visitors, 90% being first time visitors, Galaxy MacauTM was seeking an elegant method to communicate and engage with them – assisting and informing journey decisions while catering for its multi-lingual consumer base.

Planning & Execution
Embedding the interactive digital directory within the luxurious burnished gold of the Galaxy MacauTM brand, we sought to deliver first time users to the key information they were seeking in the minimum number of steps. We designed our 3D mapping system in HTML5 with location aware kiosks that orientate and clearly link users physical and digital perspective.
Effectiveness / Results
The system is available 24/7 to the over 30,000 daily visitors to the property. Demonstrable ROI with reduction in face-to-face enquiries and capacity for elegant expansion and addition of monetization channels.
