The WPP-owned agency has also moved senior program manager Desiree Wu into the role of director of talent and marketing for Asia-Pacific. In addition, the agency has also brought in Dixi Chern, also formerly with Mirum, to the digital strategy team.

The appointments follow an announcement of a string of new hires at the digital agency, which said it was undergoing a period of “transformation”.

Earlier this year, Possible announced the appointment of Paul Soon as CEO for Asia-Pacific after he resigned from his role as CEO XM Asia-Pacific in December 2014.

In a previous interview with Campaign, Soon said: “Possible Singapore is evolving, attracting talent with diversity in experience and depth in their craft, to better meet our clients’ evolving needs. We’re at the beginning of a great transformation.”

Joining Possible Singapore, Pei Pei has been tasked with leading the team across the development of consumer experiences, marketing activation and social-based campaigns, as well as content strategies and creation. Previously, she has worked with a number of leading brands, including Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Singapore Airlines, Diageo, MasterCard, Unilever and P&G.

Before joining Possible, Wu was previously general manager at independent creative agency Thread Shanghai.
