JP Pepperdine to boost e-commerce service with Done Asia-Pacific

SINGAPORE - F&B company JP Pepperdine has appointed Done Asia Pacific as its digital agency on retainer for its Kkongdon Korean BBQ, and Eatzi Gourmet brands.

Owner of local brands including Jack’s Place and Hoshigaoka Japanese Restaurant, JP Pepperdine wants to build up its digital presence and engagement with customers on social media and boost its e-commerce businesss. In line with that, the company has revamped websites for both Kkongdon and Eatzi Gourmet.

“We were looking for an agency that was keen to take on a brand with a fresh start and also help drive our Eatzi Bakery and catering e-commerce service,” said Cassandra Hie, marketing manager for JP Pepperdine. “With their in-house expertise in both areas, we are confident Done will deliver our digital marketing needs.”

Done is an independently owned full-service social media agency, part of Done Group. Launched in Singapore in 2013, the agency runs campaigns across the Southeast Asian countries for local and regional clients including Nutella, Tic Tac, Kinder Bueno and Kinder Joy.
