HONG KONG - Leading global communications firm Ketchum today announced a senior appointment for the Greater China region.
Jane Morgan has been named vice president and director of the Ketchum Greater China Consumer Brand Practice, reporting to Sean Fitzgerald, partner and executive vice president, Ketchum Greater China. Morgan most recently served as vice president of Ketchum’s Hong Kong Consumer Brand Practice after transferring from Ketchum London in February 2012.
“Jane has shown tremendous initiative in building business and has been instrumental to the success of the Hong Kong Consumer Brand Practice over the past two years. Her new role is not only in recognition of her work to date, but also a great opportunity for us to build even closer links between the Ketchum Greater China offices, as well as the expanded global network, to benefit our consumer brand clients,” said Fitzgerald.
While continuing her key role as leader of the Hong Kong Consumer Brand Practice, Morgan will expand her responsibilities to work closely with the Consumer Brand Practice in all five Ketchum offices across Greater China. In particular, she will partner with some of the key Consumer Brand Practice leaders within the network, including Beijing senior vice president and practice leader Peng Yue, Shanghai vice president and practice leader George Gu, Taiwan office director Marian Ma, and Guangzhou office director Joe Tong, to bring closer collaboration among the offices. Morgan will also work with those leaders to deliver local and regional excellence for the firm’s global clients.
In addition, Morgan will work closely with Vivien Teo, the recently appointed director of digital strategy for Ketchum Greater China, to ensure the continued integration of digital communications into Ketchum Greater China’s work for Consumer Brand Practice clients and to further enhance the firm’s digital expertise.
