Ruder Finn expands interactive unit in HK

HONG KONG - Public relations agency Ruder Finn has expanded its interactive unit to Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong department, called Ruder Finn Social Media Influence, will be headed by agency consultant Vickie Ho, who will report to Asia’s interactive director, Carine Senft.

According to Senft, this will be the fourth Asian office to offer Ruder Finn’s interactive services, following Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai, the agency’s regional headquarters.

“We plan to launch the department in Singapore before this summer. After that each of Ruder Finn’ offices in Asia will have moved to social media,” Senft added of Ruder Finn Social Media Influence, which is set up as a boutique agency within Ruder Finn.

Senft added that regional clients working with the department include Audi, CWS Boco, Michelin and the National Cotton Council.
